I took 43 children and 5 adults to your Cicis in Hermitage Tennessee today. You can
know that is a big job to pull that off. The manager, Keith Moon, Had everything ready.
The tables were set up with cups and plates. the food was hot and fresh, they never ran
out of anything. It was one of the few restaurants that did not make these kids feel like
they were not as important as every other customers.
It went off without a flaw, This place has it going on. The kids talked about how
awesome it was all afternoon. You will have our business after every field trip from now
on.
This is a great example of high standard customer service. GREAT JOB CICIS!!!!
