OUR FOUNDER
Joe Croce opened the first CiCi's Pizza in Plano, Texas in 1985 with a unique vision: create a family-oriented restaurant that serves hot, fresh pizza at affordable prices in a buffet setting. Joe's mission was to exceed each guest's expectation in food, service and cleanliness, all within CiCi's low all-you-can-eat price point.

STEADY GROWTH
Today, CiCi's President Craig Moore is carrying on Joe's vision, and there are approximately 600 CiCi's all-you-can-eat pizza buffet restaurants and growing! Currently there are over 300 new restaurants at various stages of development. Moore credits CiCi's continued success to the company's philosophy of going to extraordinary lengths to make guests feel special while providing amazing value. Our belief in quality and value has earned us the respect not only of consumers but also industry experts.
